Where is my order?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery typically takes 1–3 business days, depending on your location.

Once the parcel has been collected by the courier, the customer will receive tracking or delivery confirmation.

How can I contact Customer Service?

We aim to respond as quickly as possible. However, as a small team currently experiencing a high volume of enquiries, please allow up to 48 hours for a response.

Kindly note that our customer service team operates from Monday to Friday. Messages received over weekends or public holidays will be responded to on the next business day.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders may be cancelled within 30 minutes of being placed. After this time, orders may already be processed and prepared for shipment, and cancellation will no longer be possible.

Do you offer wholesale?

What should I do if I entered the wrong delivery address?

Please contact us immediately at sales@smrkskincare.co.za or WhatsApp us on 084 879 1123 so that we can try to update the address.

Delivery address changes can only be made before the order has been assigned a tracking number or handed over to the courier.

Once the order has been shipped, we are unfortunately unable to change the delivery address or guarantee that the parcel can be recovered.
